Wim Hof Method - Isle of Man

The Wim Hof Method is a transformational holistic health and wellness technique that combines cold exposure, breathing exercises, and meditation. It is based on the principles created by Wim Hof, which emphasizes the importance of controlled breathing, exposure to cold temperatures, and mindfulness to improve physical and mental health.

Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof got his nickname “The Iceman” by breaking several world records related to cold exposure, including: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, running a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot, and standing in a container while covered with ice cubes for more than 112 minutes.
